For Pillar 3 use the button below: For Pillar 4 our bodies already have a hard enough time breaking down hearty carbs in our system so if you cut carbs out after you typical lunch time and have no carbs for your last two meals, other then dietary fiber carbs, then you are helping your digestion tremendously.</image:caption>

For Pillar 2 say if we use my name Shawn Huber I have 10 letters so i will have to do 10 repetitions of each exercise that corresponds to the letters of my name. If you can it is a good idea to not add salt to meals because we already get enough sodium through the foods that we eat and too much sodium is not good for your health.</image:caption>

For the Pillar 3 use the button below and if you do not have a band then no worries proceed without one. For Pillar 4 well it says it just the way it is....Eat a protein base for your dinner with a whole plate full of veggies.       <image:caption>For Pillar 1 you want to find a distance you can the length of a Basketball court. Get in a push up position to do your mountain climbers. As soon as your mountain climbers are over on each leg go right into your sprint. Walk back and add 5 to the mountain climbers and repeat. Try to get in at least 5 rounds. For Pillar 2 hold a crunch and reach your right hand towards your right ankle then shift over and reach your left hand towards your left ankle and just keep repeating making your ankles a hard to reach position.....challenge yourself!! For Pillar 3 use the button below and the photo in the beginning of the video for you to make your own Alphabet Fitness game: For Pillar 4 one thing that is nice about a grill is that it helps burn away a lot of the fat that is on our meats especially chicken. If you do not have a grill then you can bake your food and place a elevated grate into a backing sheet and acquire just about the same method.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>For Pillar 1 I now a lot of us might not have a jump rope so for the activity this time around if you do not have a jump rope then put on some good old rocky music and pretend you do or go out for a jog. For Pillar 2 we have the High Plank Strip Off. Try to put on as many shirts as you possibly can. Tank tops, shirts, long sleve, hoodies....layer it up. Now get into a push up position and without ever setting your knees down or elbows take off as many shirts as you can holding yourself up!!! Of course leave on the last one if you are taking a video. The person who takes off the most amount of shirts without falling will receive an extra point. For Pillar 3 use the button below: For Pillar 4 I want you to try to have at least 1 food from every food group for your main meals...Breakfast, Lunch &amp; Dinner. That means A Fruit, Vegetable, Protein, Grain &amp; Dairy.</image:caption>

The plank burners are holding a plank with your feet directly pinned together. Then twist your hips and rotate over your toes till your feet come onto there side on foot stacked on top of the other. then flip your feet the other way. Keep your elbows on the ground the whole time. For Pillar 2 find 4 different Tupperware in your house and you can not put your head inside of them it has to be the bottom of the Tupperware. Do 10 air squats with each item keeping balanced on your head. Core tight and go slow. For Pillar 3 use the button below. Of course if you don’t have a child then this is one you do by yourself. For Pillar 4 try no to have any added sugar to anything you eat today. So look at the nutrition guide and if under the carbohydrate spot it says added sugar then try not to have it.</image:caption>

For Pillar 2 lay on your belly do a push up lay back down and extend your arms out in front of you and roll over one way then do another push up and roll back the other way. Then do a air squat or a squat jump followed up by a forward step lunge then repeat on the other side. Then walk out push ups. Last do a side lateral long step into a squat on the leg you are stepping out on keeping your other leg as straight as you possibly can, push yourself off and do a single leg squat thrust on the leg that you kept straight. Repeat on the other side. For Pillar 3 use the button below: For Pillar 4 incorporate everything that we have gone through throughout this challenge every day and you are on the steps to success!!!</image:caption>

For Pillar 2 find 5 objects they can be outside or inside that you can do 5 pull ups on a piece. jump up pull ups are of course allowed as well.       <image:caption>For pillar 1 today go outside because I believe it is going to be warm out. Do a minute of each one of these exercises. These are traveling exercises not in place exercises. Side shuffle sit low face sideways side shuffle a distance one way and repeat the other direction. Butt kicks in a jogging fashion slap your heel up to your butt as you jog. High knees in a jogging fashion drive your knees up as high as you can as you move. Bear crawl keep your back as flat as you can and your knees bent at a 90° angle close to the ground and crawl. Inchworm start in a standing position walk your hands out in front of you then Tip Toe with straight legs your feet up towards your hands then repeat. For Pillar 2 put on as many pieces of garment as you can for your lower body. Hold a wall sit and take them off one by one leaving of course the last piece on. No naked butts For Pillar 3 use the button below: For Pillar 4 try to have no Dairy today. That includes yogurt and cheese. Dairy is not something that you have to cut out completely in your diet but it is one of the food groups that if you can limit you will see faster results.</image:caption>

The hop switch to the other side. For the side shuffles every shuffle you make is one just that one is double sided so you are even. For pillar 2 try to hold crow as long as you can. Crow is a yoga pose where you hold yourself up on your hands with your knees resting on your elbow tricep area like a shelf.
